With the Governor ordered shutdown of Oregon as a precautionary measure being taken during the ongoing pandemic, many birders, if they go out birding at all, do so by themselves or one other person. Don Laufer visited Skinner Butte and the Bald Eagle nest below the Butte, on March 19, 2020.
